"GO Dog GO!"

Last night, I was reclined back in my chair, reading a book while Zach and Daddy were playing cars. Zach came up to me and said "Mommy reading a book?" I said, "Yes, Mommy is reading a book." He told me, "I want to read a book too!". I asked him what kind of book he wanted to read and he said "Puppy Go, Puppy Go!". I had no idea what book he was talking about so I had to ask, "What book are you talking about?" The response, "The book from the bookstore!" It was only then that I remembered that we went to the book store on Tuesday night and bought Zach 3 Dr. Suess books. I didn't really think he showed that much interest in it, but I guess I was wrong! We read the whole book together, which is pretty good for the attention span he has right now. Then he had to have Daddy read it too! His favorite parts of the book are when the girl dog asks "Do you like my hat" and gets the response "I do not like your hat". I still can't believe that he repeated every sentence, word for word, after me. It's amazing how much he is learning!
