Makin' Cookies!

We were thinking about Grandma Rose last night, so we decided to make some of her cookies! Zach loves helping me in the kitchen. These cookies were fun for him to make. He got to squish his thumb into the cookie and then fill each thumb print with a cherry. He did very well, and we even got to practice counting as he added the cherrys! About half way through I said to him, "Thank you, Buddy!". He looks up at me with a very sad face and pouty lips and says, "I a bad boy?" It about broke my heart. I said "No, Honey, I said you were my buddy- that means friend." He got this huge smile on his face and said, "I happy!"
